Pastor Michael Thompson is the visionary leader and shepherd of New Hope Baptist Church. With over 30 years of pastoral experience, Pastor Michael brings wisdom, compassion, and a deep love for God and His people to his ministry. Known for his dynamic preaching, Pastor Michael has a gift for communicating God’s Word in a relevant and inspiring way that resonates with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. His leadership is characterized by humility, integrity, and a relentless commitment to prayer and the study of Scripture. Under his guidance, New Hope Baptist Church has experienced growth and transformation, both spiritually and numerically, as lives are touched and changed by the power of the gospel.
Pastor Rachel Adams serves as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Arts at New Hope Baptist Church. With a background in music ministry and a heart for creative expression, Pastor Rachel brings a dynamic energy and passion for worship to the congregation. Whether leading the worship team, coordinating special events, or mentoring aspiring artists, Pastor Rachel’s leadership is marked by excellence, innovation, and a deep reverence for God’s presence. She believes in the power of worship to transform lives and create a space where individuals can encounter the love and grace of Jesus Christ in a profound way.
Pastor David Ramirez is the Associate Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship at New Hope Baptist Church. With a heart for evangelism and a burden for the lost, Pastor David is dedicated to equipping believers to share their faith boldly and make disciples of all nations. Through strategic outreach initiatives, discipleship programs, and community engagement, Pastor David empowers the congregation to live out the Great Commission in practical and tangible ways. His compassionate spirit, coupled with a strong emphasis on biblical teaching and spiritual formation, fosters a culture of mission and service within the church, as individuals are mobilized to impact their communities and beyond for the kingdom of God.
